Coca-Cola is recalling close to 2,000 cases of Diet Coke, Sprite and Fanta Orange total in three states due to possible "foreign material" in the cans.
According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the recall began on Nov. 6 and was initiated by United Packers, LLC, based in Mobile, Alabama.
The affected cases of soda, all 12-packs of 12-oz. aluminum cans, were distributed in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida, the agency said.
The recall comprises of 1,557 cases of Sprite, 417 cases of Diet Coke and 14 cases of Fanta Orange, according to the FDA.
NBC News is reporting that Coca-Cola said the recall is complete and there are no more affected cans on the market.
